Start your Leadsales operation by inviting people to join your team.

To add users, you can use the following article:

Remember that while we are adding users to the team we as Owners or Administrators of the account can define what permissions and roles our users have.

I have already added my users, what else should I consider?

Now you will be able to have more management and control of what happens with your team by considering the following:

How can I enable or disable the automatic assignment of messages?

If the Admin or Owner of your team activated the automatic assignment but you will no longer be available to attend new conversations, you can activate or deactivate this function from your account.

To do this you must identify in the left bar, at the bottom by clicking where your profile name appears. When you click on it, the options shown in the following image will open (Copy ID, Make inactive/active, language and log out).

With the "Set inactive/active" button you will be able to turn off or turn on the automatic assignment at times when you are or are not available.

Important:

At the moment Leadsales does not have an indicator for administrators to see who is logged in from the team at that precise moment.
