How to add Cevoid Email Widgets if you're using Klaviyo

If you're new to creating Email Widgets, Please check out this tutorial on how to create and style email widgets.


Static email widget

  1. Navigate to Klaviyo

  2. Create a text block

  3. Add a text block (like in the screenshot below) and drag it to where you want to place your gallery.

  4. Edit the content of the text block - Click Source to edit the code of the text block. Delete the placeholder text and paste your Email Widget embed code from the Cevoid platform.

  5. Save your widget - Click Save to save your progress. This will also make the images from your widget will appear!

  6. Done - Feel free to add a title above the email widget or style it any way you like to add your personal touch and branding!


Dynamic email widget

Adding dynamic email widgets is the exact same process as static emails. However, before you add them, you need to connect your Cevoid account with your Klaviyo account.

  1. Navigate to Klavyio

  2. Generate a Private API Key. You can do this here.

  3. Click the tab Settings

  4. Click API Keys

  5. If you donโ€™t already have a private API key, please go ahead and create one

  6. Paste this API Key

  7. Click Connect

  8. Copy the feed URL for Klaviyo

  9. Navigate back to Klaviyo > Feeds

  10. Click Add web Feed

  11. Insert the following feed name: cevoid_ugc

  12. Paste the feed URL

  13. Click Add Data Feed (all settings should look like the screenshot below)

  14. Done ๐ŸŽ‰ Klaviyo will now fetch and refresh the data in this feed so that we're always serving the latest content!

Dynamic emails will not appear with images in the same way as static widgets do. Try your emails out before activating or sending them to your customers to ensure you have implemented them correctly! If you've entered a dynamic email widget correctly, it will look like the screenshot below.
