SOP: Accessing Workout Analytics

Objective: This SOP aims to guide team members on how to access and view workout analytics for better planning and performance tracking.

Key Steps:

  1. Daily Programming Analytics:

    • Click on the graph icon in the daily programming section to view analytics.

    • Analyze graphs of times, loads, or other scoring results when multiple people have logged results.

    • Use the class results to plan future workouts effectively.

  2. Viewing Programmed Workout Analytics:

    • Search for the specific workout, e.g., Amanda, to view its analytics.

    • Note the date the workout was programmed.

    • Analyze the same analytics as seen on the day it was programmed.

    • Access the leaderboard for that specific day.

  3. Personal Analytics:

    • Navigate to "My Dashboard" to access personal analytics.

    • Search for specific movements or workouts to view analytics.

    • Ensure results are logged in the logbook for analytics to populate.

Cautionary Notes:

  • Ensure results are logged to view analytics; empty logbooks will not display any data.

  • Double-check the workout name and date to access the correct analytics.

Tips for Efficiency:

  • Regularly log workout results to track progress effectively.

  • Utilize analytics for both class planning and personal performance enhancement.

  • Familiarize yourself with the different locations where analytics can be accessed for efficient tracking.
