I purchased marketplace programming, but it's not showing up in my gym.

🧩 Why You Might Not See Your Marketplace Programming

If your marketplace programming isn’t showing up, there are a few possible reasons:


1️⃣ You purchased marketplace programming without a Base Pro plan or Full Suite plan

Marketplace programming requires an active Base Pro or Full Suite plan.

If you purchased the marketplace programming before upgrading to one of these plans, it won’t automatically link to your gym.

✅ What to do:
Email support@chalkitpro.com and ask to have your programming linked to your gym.


2️⃣ You used different emails for your purchases

Your marketplace programming must be purchased with the same email used for your gym’s plan.
If the purchases were made under different accounts, the system can’t automatically connect them.

✅ What to do:
Email support@chalkitpro.com and we’ll link the programming to your gym.


3️⃣ The programming needs to be republished

If you can see the tracks in your gym but not the current week’s programming, it’s likely that the content was already published before your purchase and needs to be republished.

✅ What to do:
Email support@chalkitpro.com and our team will republish it for you.
