If you're having issues claiming the daily bonus then you can try the following:
1) Make sure nobody in your household/network has an account. You are only able to claim the daily bonus on one account per household/network.
2) Try logging out and back in and see if that resolves the issue.
3) Try another browser, for example Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.
4) Try another device such as your desktop computer or mobile phone.
