Sign in with your intended account and check the organisation shown.
Choose Message Center, Microsoft 365 Roadmap or Azure Updates under Monitored sources.
Start with All Items or a curated view, then set product, impact, date and search filters.
Open an item to read its summary, dates, history, related items and original announcement where available.
With eligible access, bookmark it, watch it, add labels or save the query as a View.
Find your working setup
My Items brings together watches, bookmarks and labelled items. My Views and Emails holds saved queries; choose Manage Views and Emails to rename them or select a default for each feed. These records are now account-backed.
For editorial context on Plus, use Monthly Change Calls. The wider Change Intelligence Report catalogue and its in-app previews are deferred beyond launch. The curated monthly Bulletin is a separate HubSpot email; check its Monthly Top 5 control under Settings and Notifications → Notification Centre. New-account audience setup is still being verified. Email alerts for saved Views and your watch list are available on Plus.
Connect Microsoft 365 when needed
The standard Message Center feed lets you explore before connecting your tenant. Use the tenant connection settings when you need your own organisation's Message Center data. Signing in alone does not grant Microsoft tenant consent. Roadmap and Azure remain global sources.

Use Help & Knowledge Base or the in-app Messenger to search guidance or ask the ChangePilot team a question. The Messenger's News area contains product announcements. Keep your signed-in account and relevant item URL available when reporting a problem.
Questions about a change? Ask directly from the item page. Select Ask about this change (the first control on any Message Center, Roadmap or Azure item, on Plus) and the Messenger opens with the item already in the message; our team can help clarify the announcement, its implications and what to consider next, and replies in the same conversation. Existing portal and Enterprise (ChangePilot On-Tenant) customers should use the guidance for their own product. The beta is not an automatic migration of those settings.
Sign up with a work email
New organisations start Free. Use a work email address: your email domain identifies your organisation. Consumer domains such as Gmail and Outlook.com are blocked for new sign-ups. Normally you join your domain's organisation automatically; some organisations require administrator approval. If you have no company domain or cannot join, email help@changepilot.cloud. A six-week Plus trial is requested separately through chat.
