Bookmark an item to read later

Bookmarks keep items you want to read again. They do not create tasks, assign owners or send email.

Available on every plan, including Free: bookmarks are stored with your account. Signing out or switching devices does not delete a successfully saved bookmark.

Add and find a bookmark

  1. Find an item in Message Center, Microsoft 365 Roadmap or Azure Updates.

  2. Select its bookmark icon or Bookmark on the item.

  3. Open My Items → Bookmarks.

  4. Select the title to read the current item.

Bookmarks are grouped by source. Read the live detail page when you need the latest wording or dates.

Remove a bookmark

Toggle the bookmark again or remove it in My Items. This does not delete the source item or stop a separate Watch.

Bookmark or Watch?

Use Bookmark for “read this again”. Use Watch for “follow changes to this item”. You can use both. Watch is a Plus feature, and your watch list can email you when watched items change.

If it is missing

Check the signed-in account, access and any load or save error. Retry a failed load before recreating records. Data created in the earlier browser-only beta may need separate recovery; current account storage does not guarantee migration of old local data.
