Watch specific items that matter to an upcoming decision, rollout or project. My Items brings the watched records together so you can revisit them and inspect their recent activity.
Start watching an item
Find the record in a feed or open its detail page.
Select the eye icon or Watch control.
Check that the control changes to Watching or Remove from watchlist.
Open My Items → Watching to confirm that the record appears.
Watching is account-backed in the current beta. Bookmarks, personal labels and saved Views are now also stored with your account; they serve different review purposes.
Review activity
The Recent activity section shows recorded changes across your watched Message Center, Roadmap and Azure items. Use the available 7-, 30- or 90-day period and open an item when an event needs investigation.
Today's activity list describes source changes. It should not be treated as a filtered list of only meaningful updates. To receive these changes by email, use Email alerts for your watch list, described below.
Stop watching
Select the active eye icon or Watching control again. The record leaves your watchlist; the source item itself remains available according to your access. Removing a Watch does not remove a separate bookmark or personal label.
Why nothing has changed
An empty activity list can mean there were no events within the selected period. Widen the period and open the underlying record's history. If the page shows an error, use Try again rather than interpreting the empty display as no activity.
Does Watch send email now?
Yes, on Plus. At the top of My Items → Watching, turn on Email alerts for your watch list and choose Daily, Weekly or Monthly, the day and the hour. One email lists every change to your watched items since the last one; nothing is sent when nothing changed. Check Settings and Notifications → Notification Centre as well: ChangePilot alerts must be on for delivery. The older product-and-impact digest table is no longer offered in this portal.
Who can use Watch
Watch and watch-list alerts require Plus or an activated Plus trial. Bookmarks are available on Free. For a Monthly alert, choose a day of the month and local time; the 29th to 31st use the last day in shorter months.
