Use Your Labels to organise items for your own review, such as “Discuss with service desk” or “Q4 planning”. Personal labels and their item assignments are now account-backed and are not removed by signing out.
Create and apply a personal label
Open an item and select Labels.
Tick an existing label, or select New label to create one.
Enter a Label name, choose a Colour and, under Who is it for?, choose Your Labels.
Select Create label and confirm that the label appears on the item.
You can apply several labels. Use clear names so colour is not the only indication of meaning.
Find labelled items
Open My Items → Labels and select a label to see matching items across sources. You can also use the Labels filter in a source feed and save that query as a View. The filter appears when you have labels available.
Edit or remove labels
Use the Labels tab in My Items to rename a label or change its colour. Removing a label from one item removes only that assignment. Deleting the label removes it and its assignments; the source items remain.
Personal and organisation labels
Org Labels are shared with your organisation. Everyone in the organisation can see, apply and edit them in the current beta. Choose the scope when creating the label; editing a label does not change its scope.
Labels require Plus or an activated Plus trial. They are markers for your own review, not task assignments or automatic workflow triggers.
