A View saves the filters, sort, columns and layout of one source so you can repeat a useful review. Saved Views are now stored with your account and remain available after signing out or changing devices, subject to your access.
Create a View
Open Message Center, Microsoft 365 Roadmap or Azure Updates.
Choose the filters, dates, sort and layout for your review.
Select Save as View and enter a unique name of 1–60 characters.
Open it again under My Views and Emails, or choose Manage Views and Emails to see the full list.
A View belongs to one source. It does not combine all three feeds. Saved Views are a Plus feature, also available during a trial.
Update a View deliberately
Changing the on-screen query does not immediately overwrite the saved View. When it shows Modified from [View name], choose Update View to replace the saved configuration, Save as new to keep both, or Reset to return to the saved query.
Manage Views
On Views and Emails, you can open, rename or delete a View, and choose a default for each source. Names must be unique ignoring capitalisation. Deleting a View removes its saved query, not the underlying Microsoft items.
Wait for a successful save. If a save fails, retry rather than assuming the new query was stored. A View deleted in another tab can no longer be updated.
Email schedules
On Manage Views and Emails, turn on Email alerts for a View and choose Daily, Weekly or Monthly, the day and the hour. Alerts are a Plus feature and come from hello@changepilot.cloud. No email is sent when nothing has changed.
Delivery preferences
Your View's schedule and the ChangePilot alerts master switch both affect delivery. Check the master under Settings and Notifications → Notification Centre. A monthly schedule includes the day of the month and your local time; dates after the end of a shorter month use that month's last day.
