Available in beta: saved Views are account-backed. Sign in with the same account to use them on another device. Saving a View and choosing a default require eligible access.
Choose a default for each source
Save the query you want to use.
Open My Views and Emails → Manage Views and Emails.
Find the View under Message Center, Microsoft 365 Roadmap or Azure Updates.
Select Make default. The chosen View shows Default.
You can choose one default per source. A new default replaces the previous default for that source. Use Remove default to clear it. Sources without a default open All Items.
When the default applies
A default applies when you enter a feed without a specific query. An explicit curated View, shared filtered link or current query takes precedence. Choose All Items in the sidebar when you want to bypass your saved default.
If the default cannot be loaded, ChangePilot shows All Items with an error and a retry option. Deleting a default View leaves that source without a saved default.
What syncs and what does not
Saved Views, bookmarks, watches and personal labels now use account-backed storage. Email preferences are separate and are managed through Settings and Notifications → Notification Centre. Old report-page preview switches were browser-only demonstrations and are not subscriptions.
Earlier browser-only beta data is not guaranteed to have been migrated. If an older setup is missing, use the recovery guide before recreating it.
