Prerequisites
Admin access to your iQ Payment Processing merchant account
Your business/store details ready

Process
Step 1: Login to the App
Step 2: Head over to Settings > Integrations
Step 3: Look for AccessMyIQ and click Add
Step 4: Send us a user invite to onboarding@chargebackautomation.com
Please ensure the user access allows us to refund, respond to chargebacks and export chargebacks and disputes.
Step 5: If you are required to set a username for us, please add it in this section here
Step 6: Click Save
