How to verify your email domain

This article explains how you can verify your domain that allows us to send emails on your behalf instead of using the native Brevo email

Verifying your domain helps us send emails to clients on your behalf for chargebacks, fraud prevention and shipping updates.

To verify your domain with, simply reach out to us in one of two ways:

When you contact us, please provide the following details:

  • Domain name you’d like to verify

  • Business name

  • Email address associated with the domain

Once we receive this information, a member of our team will:

  1. Add your details into our email service provider.

  2. Generate the DNS records specific to your domain.

  3. Share those DNS records with you, along with step-by-step instructions.

You’ll then need to add these DNS records to your domain. After the records are successfully added, our system will automatically detect and confirm the verification.

This process ensures your domain is securely connected, authenticated, and ready to work seamlessly with Disputifier.

Adding DNS records sounds technical, but it’s actually straightforward once you know where to look. Below are the general steps you’ll follow. (Note: your exact screens may look a little different depending on your domain provider, such as GoDaddy, Namecheap, Google Domains, Cloudflare, etc.)

1. Log in to Your Domain Provider

  • Go to the website where you purchased/registered your domain (e.g., GoDaddy, Namecheap, Cloudflare).

  • Log in with your account credentials.

2. Access Your Domain Settings

  • Locate the section for Domain Management or My Domains.

  • Select the domain you want to verify.

  • Look for an option like DNS Settings, Manage DNS, or DNS Zone File.

3. Add the DNS Record(s)

You’ll be given one or more DNS records by the Disputifier team (example: TXT, CNAME, or MX records).

  • Find the Add Record button.

  • Choose the correct record type (TXT, CNAME, etc.).

  • Copy and paste the values provided by Disputifier into the fields (usually Host/Name and Value/Target).

  • Save the record.

4. Wait for Propagation

  • DNS changes usually take effect within a few minutes, but in some cases it can take up to 24–48 hours to fully propagate worldwide.
