Merlink DRS & Translink are TSYS systems that can be used to view and respond to disputes.
First method
The best way to connect Merlink DRS is to make us a user on the account. In order to do so, please contact TSYS (chelpdesk@tsys.com) and request that the following details are added as a user on the account:
Full Name: Mark Wagner
Email: mark@disputifier.com
Be sure to provide your MID number and legal name in this email.
Once this is done, please contact us to confirm that the invitation has been sent.
You can alternatively add onboarding@chargebackautomation.com for the invitation the account. However, sometimes TSYS gives us issues about not having a real person's name in the account/email.
Second method
If you don't want to add us as a user, you can also provide your username/password credentials from within the your portal.
