Overview
Chariot's Reports section gives you full visibility into your business — from lead sources and sales performance to revenue, movers, and customer reviews. In January 2026, Reports was completely overhauled with a new topic-based layout, search, favorites, auto-saving, and several new reports. This article walks you through how to use all of it.
Navigating the Reports Page
Reports are now organized by topic, so instead of scrolling through one long list, you'll find reports grouped under headings like Leads, Jobs, Revenue, Movers, Customers, and Sales Process. Each group contains reports relevant to that subject area.
To get to Reports, click Reports in the left-hand navigation menu inside Chariot.
Searching for a Report
If you're not sure which category a report lives in — or you just want to get there fast — use the search bar at the top of the Reports page.
Type any part of the report name or a keyword (e.g., "zip code," "tips," "aging").
Matching reports will appear instantly as you type.
Click the report name to open it.
Starring / Saving Favorites
If you run the same reports regularly, you can star them to pin them for quick access.
Hover over any report and click the star icon that appears next to the report name.
Starred reports appear at the top of the Reports page under a Favorites section so you don't have to hunt for them each time.
Click the star again to remove a report from your favorites.
CSV Export and Auto-Save
Most reports in Chariot can be exported as a CSV file (spreadsheet) for use in Excel, Google Sheets, or other tools.
When you run a report, Chariot automatically saves a copy of the CSV so you can download it again later without re-running the report.
This is useful if you run the same payroll or revenue report weekly — previous exports are already waiting for you.
To download a past export, look for the Report History section or the download icon next to previously run reports.

Tips for Getting the Most Out of Reports
Star your most-used reports first — Takes two seconds to set up and saves time every week.
Use search when in doubt — If you're not sure where a report lives, just type what you're looking for.
Check Report History before re-running — If you ran a report recently, Chariot may have already saved the CSV. No need to set the filters all over again.
Filter by Sales Owner — Several reports support this filter, which is useful for team performance reviews or owner-specific revenue tracking.
Large exports — For the Full Lead & Job Export, use 6-month date ranges. Need more than 6 months at once? Reach out to support.
