Overview
Chariot's reports give you full visibility into your business — from lead sources and sales performance to revenue, movers, and customer reviews. Reports are organized by topic to make it easier to find what you're looking for.
Navigating Reports
Reports are grouped by topic so you can quickly get to the data you need. A few things to know:
Star your favorites — click the star icon on any report to pin it for quick access
Search — use the search bar at the top of the Reports page to find a specific report by name or keyword
Auto-saved history — Chariot automatically saves a CSV of many reports you run, so you can reference past exports without re-running them from scratch
Leads Reports
Booking Rate and Revenue by Sales Owner: Tracks and compares the performance of individual sales reps based on how many of their assigned leads have successfully converted. "Qualified" leads = total leads - deleted leads - "disqualified" leads.
Salesperson Scorecard: A comprehensive view of each rep's activity — total leads, estimates sent, booking rate, texts, emails, tasks completed, and accuracy. Useful for coaching and performance reviews.
New Leads by Source per Month: A visual breakdown of how many new leads you're getting each month, grouped by where they came from — Google Ads, Yelp, website forms, referrals, and more.
New Leads by Week: Total number of new leads on a weekly basis. Each week runs Monday–Sunday.
New Leads per Week by "Created From" Source: Total new leads created from the office, web form, or external integrations on a weekly basis.
Time From Lead Creation to Estimate Sent by Month: The time it took to go from a new lead to sending an estimate. Based on the most recent estimate sent, not the first. Can be filtered by Sales Owner.
Jobs Reports
Job Details by Schedule Track: View sales details, notes, and dispatching information for all leads, booked jobs, and reserved jobs.
All Charges for Date Range: Every individual charge tied to your jobs during a chosen timeframe — charge type, rate, tax, time, payment method, and total. Can be filtered by Sales Owner.
Leads, Jobs, and Revenue by Source: Connects each completed or scheduled move back to its original lead source, helping you understand which channels are actually generating revenue. Can be filtered by Sales Owner.
Leads, Jobs, and Revenue by Zip Code: Breakdown by zip code of total revenue for leads and booked jobs — useful for identifying high-performing service areas and guiding marketing focus.
Full Lead & Job Export: A complete snapshot of every job in your system — job ID, customer info, move dates, job status, services, assigned movers, addresses, charges, inventory, notes, payments, tags, lead creation date/time, estimate sent date/time, and more. Exports are limited to 6-month chunks; contact support if you need multi-year data.
Revenue Reports
Revenue Over Time: Shows actual earned revenue during a specific period, based on completed jobs and finalized payments. Can be filtered by Sales Owner.
Booked/Forecasted Revenue: Shows expected future revenue on booked, completed-open, and completed-closed jobs. Can be broken down by day, week, or month.
Booked/Forecasted Revenue by Month (Range): Anticipated revenue month by month for estimates with ranges, shown with minimum and maximum values.
Collected Payments: Detailed list of each payment collected within Chariot for the selected date range.
Outstanding Balances: Jobs with a remaining balance, including job result notes so you can see context for unpaid amounts in one place.
Outstanding Invoices (Aging): A view of unpaid invoices organized by how long they've been outstanding — useful for prioritizing collections.
Storage Job Invoices: Tracks invoices generated for storage jobs, including recurring invoices and one-off billing.
Revenue by Customer Type by Month: Total revenue by customer type (residential, commercial, military), including card fees collected.
Revenue by Charge Category: Total revenue grouped by charge category (e.g., packing, valuation, materials) as set up in your Settings.
Revenue by Charge Item: Total revenue per individual line item added to job results.
Tips by Job: Tracks each mover assigned to a job alongside the total tip amount.
Movers Reports
Estimated Time Worked by Movers: Anticipated and actual hours worked per mover, including jobs in Booked status.
Reported Time Worked by Movers: Actual hours worked per mover for jobs in Completed-Open or Completed-Closed status.
Time Worked by Mover: All jobs each individual mover is assigned to.
Time Worked by All Movers: All jobs across your entire mover roster — useful for payroll exports.
Rate Sync to Day: Tracks which hourly rate applied to each work day — particularly useful for multi-day jobs where rates vary by date.
Customers Reports
Customer List: A full list of all customers you've done jobs for over a given period, including contact details and balances.
Reviews: All customer review activity — filter by date and by submission status (submitted, requested but not submitted, not requested).
Sales Process Reports
Sales Process: Tracks the sales journey from lead creation to estimate signed to move date — useful for identifying bottlenecks in your pipeline.
Revenue / Spending per Month by Source: Compare earnings to spending per lead source (Google Ads, Yelp, referrals, etc.) month by month to understand which channels are actually profitable.
