Chariot provides a range of convenient and transparent reporting tools to help manage your operations with clarity and confidence. These reports are designed to give users full visibility into their moves, from initial quotes to final delivery.
Below is a summary of the core reports available:
Leads Reports
Conversion Rates by Sales Owner: Tracks and compare the performance of individual sales reps based on how many of their assigned leads have successfully converted. It helps managers identify top performers, coaching opportunities, and overall team efficiency.
New Leads by Source per Month: A visual representation of how many new leads you're getting each month, grouped by where they came from—like Google Ads, Yelp, website forms, or referrals. It helps you see which marketing channels are driving the most interest in your moving services over time.
New Leads per Week: Total number of new leads on a weekly basis. Each week runs from Monday-Sunday.
New Leads per Week by Source: Total number of new leads created from the office, web form, or external integrations on a weekly basis. Each week runs from Monday-Sunday.
Lead to Estimate Time By Month: The amount of time it took to go from a lead to sending an estimate to the customer. Note: If there were multiple estimates sent, it is based off of the most recent estimate sent and NOT the first estimate.
Jobs Reports
Job Details: View sales details, notes, and dispatching information for all leads, booked jobs, and reserved jobs.
Job Results Charges: Easily view every individual charge tied to your jobs during a chosen timeframe—showing details like customer, charge type, rate, tax, time, payment method, and total—so you can track all job-related finances with clarity and precision
Jobs By Source: Understand where your booked jobs originally came from—whether it was a Google search, referral, marketing campaign, or your website. It connects each completed or scheduled move back to the original lead source, helping you understand what channels are actually generating revenue.
Full Job Export: Gives you a complete snapshot of every job in your system, with all the key information in one place. It’s perfect for tracking, auditing, or exporting detailed job data for operations, billing, or performance review.

Move date(s) and job status (e.g. Booked, Completed, Cancelled)
Moving Services type (e.g., Full move, Packing, storage)

Origin and destination addresses
Estimated and actual charges

Revenue Reports
Realized Revenue: Shows how much money your moving company has actually earned during a specific period—based on completed jobs and finalized payments, not just estimates or bookings. It reflects real income, giving you an accurate picture of cash flow and financial performance.
Booked/Forecasted Revenue: Shows how much revenue you expect to earn in the future on booked, completed - open, and completed - closed jobs.
Booked/Forecasted Revenue by Month (Range): Track anticipated revenue month by month if you are sending estimates with ranges, displayed with minimum and maximum values. The dollar amounts are based on the estimated charges, pulled from the job's estimate.
Collected Payments: Detailed list of each collected payment within Chariot within the selected dates.
Outstanding Balances: List of outstanding jobs that have a balance remaining.
Revenue by Customer Type by Month: Total revenue (includes card fees collected) by customer type.
Tips by Job: Tracks each mover assigned to a job with the total tip amount of the job.
Movers Reports
Estimated Time Worked by Movers: Tracks anticipated and actual hours worked by mover which includes jobs that are in Booked status.
Reported Time Worked by Movers: Tracks actual hours worked by mover which includes jobs that are in Completed Open or Completed Closed.
Time Worked By Mover: Tracks all jobs each mover is assigned to.
Time Worked By All Movers: Tracks all jobs that all movers are assigned to.
Customers Reports
Reviews: Displays reviews for jobs, and can filter out reviews that were requested or submitted without a request.
Reports in Beta:
Sales Process: Tracks the sales journey from lead creation date to estimate signed date to move date for better visibility into how effectively your sales process is managed.
Revenue / Spending per month by source: Allows you to compare how much you're earning to how much you're spending on each lead source (like Google Ads, Yelp, referrals, etc.) month by month. It helps you understand which marketing channels are actually delivering profitable results.
