Overview
Like moves in Chariot, each Storage Job has one single page with everything managed in one place
To add a storage job, click into Storage in the left navigation. Then "+ Add Storage Job".
Add as much information as you need/ have -- you can publish a storage job with just a name, phone number, or email (whether phone and/or email is required is a setting for each moving company -- ping us if you want to change it!).
You can also add storage locations in this step or after publishing. Don't know what Storage Locations are? See this article / video!
Once published, you can search for the job from the main Storage screen/ dashboard, and edit / update it as you wish!

More Details
In Chariot Storage, moving cos create storage jobs, similar to how you create move leads/ jobs today
A storage job may have:
An associated customer (though a customer can have multiple storage jobs), sales owner, and stage (similar to move stages, but simplified – more on this to come)
General notes (similar to a move)
An optional move in and move out date
A monthly price (note: later we’ll support other non-monthly billing schedules, and more involved storage line items)
A set of 1 or more “Storage Locations” (more on this below)
A set of associated inventory documents / notes/ photos (more to come on this down the line)
Optionally: a recurring invoice schedule (auto-invoices/ auto-pay)
Historical invoices
Historical payments
Documents/ Timeline/ Message history (like a move job)
Storage jobs can be linked to move jobs (for example, a move job into storage can be associated with a storage job)
Storage jobs can currently be created from the Storage dashboard (‘New Storage Job” button)
