Note: Only Super Admins can do this.


This role is for people who help you sort out the company's payroll – like Accountants, Heads of Finance or external payroll agencies. They'll have access to all salaries and personal details, but won't be able to make other changes that an admin can.

  1. Click 'People' in the side navigation.

  2. Select 'Add a Team Member'.

  3. Enter their name and email address and select 'Add'.

  4. Select the person's newly created profile.

  5. Head to the new users profile from the People tab.

  6. Click on the Settings tab of their profile

  7. In the permissions sections, select 'Change Permissions'.

  8. Select their new permission level and click 'Review change'.

  9. After checking you're happy with what this allows, confirm the change in permission level.
