Chatsie phones are enabled with Bluetooth 5.1.
On Main Menu
> Scroll to the bottom
> Tap Other Options
> Tap Advanced
> Scroll to the bottom
> Tap Android Settings
> Tap Continue
> Tap Yes
> Tap Open Connected Devices
> Tap + Pair New Device
> Tap the option for your Hearing Aids or Bluetooth device
Your Hearing Aids may have to be set to pairing mode or a setting to connect, if you don't see them in the list.
