Yes you can! For transferring photos onto your Chatsie device, it depends on what type of device your old phone was.

‍

For Android

Chatsie phones are built on Android. If you used an Android phone as your old device, you likely are already using "Google Photos" to store your photos. If you log in to the Photo's app on your Chatsie phone (check out the link below to find out how to add apps), and then log in using your Google account the same as on your old phone, your photos will transfer over. If they haven't yet, your old phone may not have backed them up. Go onto your old phone and allow backups to begin the transfer, and make sure it is connected to the internet.

‍

For iPhone

Find the "Photos" app on your Chatsie device, and tap the "+" icon at towards the top right of the screen. Tap "Import from other places" at the bottom. Tap "iCloud" on "Transfer from photo collections" and log in with your iCloud account you used on your old phone. You may need to set up an iCloud account on your old phone to transfer the photos and authorise the transfer.

‍

For Facebook

Find the "Photos" app on your Chatsie device, and tap the "+" icon at towards the top right of the screen. Tap "Import from other places" at the bottom. Tap "Facebook", log in with your username and password, and follow the instructions to download the photos on to your Chatsie device

‍

For SD Card

Chatsie phones can accept SD cards. If you used an SD card, you can slot it into your device using your SIM pin and slot it in next to where your SIM card is found. You can then find the SD Card source in the Photos app.
