The physical phone that you hold is called the “hardware” and what you see on the screen is “software”. Very occasionally, there will be technical updates to one or both of these, which then affects how the Chatsie software runs on your phone hardware.
Sometimes the hardware receives an update message, and Chatsie will need to be picked as the chosen software on the phone.
If you are ever asked to choose a default app which is not a Chatsie app, ALWAYS choose the Chatsie app to keep Chatsie functioning correctly.
