How can I change the 'How can we reach you?' question on my booking page?

You can customize almost everything in your booking engine, including the header that your clients first see when selecting a package.

Change the first question on your booking engine by going to Manage --> Packages:

  1. Click the name of the Theme in the Service title bar.

That will take you to the Theme manager at Manage --> Booking Engine --> Themes, to the specific theme that you clicked on; in this case it's the Photobooth Theme.

2. In the theme, click on the User Information Step on the left.

Below the background image, you can change the Header Text and Subheader Text that your customers see on your booking page when they book online.
