How do I remove a template provider integration?
Start by going to Manage --> Business Settings --> Integrations, then click the Configure button on the integration you want to disconnect. In the lower right of the configuration screen, click the Disconnect link.
Disconnecting a template provider does not remove your design collections.
If you want to remove the templates from future bookings, you can remove the design collection by going to Manage --> Design Collections. Click on the down arrow next to the View Templates button and select Delete Collection.
You will get a warning window informing you that you are about to remove a design collection; by default, the checkbox to remove the collection from existing bookings is selected, and so if you remove the collection, it will also be removed from any existing bookings, but only if they do not have a template chosen yet.
Bookings that have chosen a design from the collection will retain those choices even if the artwork has not been finalized yet.
