How do I use backdrops from PB Backdrops?

If you have an account with PB Backdrops, you can integrate those into your Check Cherry account and offer them to your customers. The sync updates every day so you'll always be able to add the latest backdrops to your selection options.

To enable your PB Backdrops

Start by going to widget.pbbackdrops.com

  1. Make sure the backdrops you want to import are checked

  2. Copy your API key

Then in Check Cherry go to Manage --> Business Settings --> Integrations

  1. Click Connect PB Backdrops Account

  2. Enter the API key from your PB Backdrops account and click Save

  3. Depending on how many backdrops you have, it may take a few minutes for them to appear

We automatically sync with PB Backdrops daily, but you can also force a re-sync by going to Manage -> Business Settings -> Integrations and click the Re-sync button

Once you have your backdrops imported, the easiest way to assign prices to them is to edit the category and assign the price to apply to all backdrops in that category.
