How do I switch accounts in the mobile app?

If you use the mobile app and have more than 1 Check Cherry account, you can switch between them by using the app menu.

Start by logging into the mobile app

The mobile app is available for Android and iPhones from their respective app stores.

Once you are logged in,

  1. click the menu button in the upper right corner

  2. Select App Settings

  3. Under the Business section, click the button to Switch to Another Business

A code will be sent from the account you are logged in to with the subject "Your <business name> Login Code". Enter that code to log in to your other Check Cherry account.

The message will be sent to the email that you use to log in to the Check Cherry accounts. It may take a few minutes to arrive. The message will come from Notifications with the email notifications@businessname.checkcherry-mail.com
