Your messages are recorded under Sales --> Messages
Just click Sales --> Messages to find all of your communications with customers. You can search the messages using the To and From fields in the upper right, as well as filter by email or SMS messages. You can also choose to list all messages, or just messages you've sent, or only replies.
You can reply directly to the customer from each message in the list, or click View Lead/ View Booking/ View Proposal to go directly to that customer's lead, booking or proposal.
