I don't see any of my bookings on my Check Cherry calendar

Your Check Cherry Sales calendar shows all the bookings for the business. Depending on your permissions and the view tab chosen, you may only see the bookings you are assigned to, rather than all the current bookings.

Admin calendar view

Go to Sales --> Calendar to see your bookings.

  • If you are an Admin, you will see all the bookings, proposals, leads, etc. depending on the filters you have selected in the upper right of the calendar

  • If you are an Admin with a Staff role as well, you will see the My Assigned Bookings tab as well.

    • Admins with Staff role will only see bookings they are assigned to as Staff on the My Assigned Bookings calendar tab
