Create a lead form

Easily create lead forms to embed on your website and funnel leads into your Check Cherry account.

You can create elegant, easy-to-use lead forms in your Check Cherry account, and either share them through a link or embed them on your website.

  1. To create a lead form, go to Manage -> Business Settings -> Leads.

  2. Then click New Lead Form.

  3. Name your lead form and click Build Form.

  4. Select the questions you want to add to your form.

  5. Click Save and Preview to finalize your form.

You can add a lot of different fields in your lead form, but less is more; you can ask more questions after they book.


Embed the form on your website

Go to Manage --> Website Integrations, and scroll down to the Website Widget Library:

When you click "Get Embed Code", you'll have the option to either get a link or get the code to embed the lead form on your website.

How do I edit a lead form after I've added it to my website?

Once you've published a lead form and added it to your website, you can edit the form by going to Manage --> Business Settings --> Leads, then click the down arrow next to the Preview button and select Edit Lead Form.
