Send a link to someone to make a payment on a booking

Allow a client or third party to make a payment on a booking without needing to log in.

Each booking has a unique url that links to the booking so that clients can view information about a booking and make payments.

To access this url, click on the booking and go to the Make a Payment page, then scroll to the bottom of the page. Simply click the copy/paste button next to the url and send it to the user who needs to make a payment.

When someone clicks the link, they will be taken to the Make a Payment page for that booking, where they can enter the amount to pay plus add a tip.


You can set up automated emails that will send both the client and you a notification when a payment is made on a booking.

The email that goes out when a payment is recorded can be reviewed and edited by going to Manage --> Automated Messages. The payment received email is titled "Payment receipt".

When you click the Details button beside the email, you can see the information that will be included in the email. Clicking the Edit button will enable you to customize the email.

Note that this email automatically goes to you as well as the client and includes a receipt as well as the updated invoice.
