Note: this integration only works with QuickBooks Online (Not the desktop version) and is currently only available in the U.S and Canada.
You can sync your bookings and/or payments in Check Cherry with QuickBooks online.
Go to Manage --> Business Settings --> Integrations.
Scroll down until you see the Quickbooks Online integration, then click Enable.
When you click Enable, you will be taken to the Intuit web page and prompted to log in.
Once you log in to your QuickBooks Online account, you will see a green button to Connect.
After your account is connected, your screen will return to your Check Cherry account.
Below the sync options is a date field where you will enter the date that you want QB Online to start syncing your data from.
Lastly, you need to select which account to sync to. Once that is done, click Finish Setup.
Syncing is one-way from Check Cherry to Quickbooks Online - any changes made in QB will not be sent over to Check Cherry.
