Can I see my bookings on my personal calendar? (Admin only)

You can subscribe to your Check Cherry booking calendar so you can see bookings on your personal calendar.

Sync your Google Calendar

To connect your Google calendar, go to Sales --> Calendar, scroll down to just below the calendar and click on the Subscribe to Calendar link. Click the Sign in button to connect your calendar.

From the next screen, select the Google account you'd like to connect your Check Cherry calendar with.

The calendar under Sales- Calendar is the admin calendar for the entire account; for staff, have them log into their account and select Subscribe to Calendar from their staff dashboard.

Connect an Apple Calendar (iPhone & Mac), Microsoft Outlook, and Other Calendar Programs

Subscribe to Confirmed Bookings, Proposals, Leads, Blockout Dates and Staff Time Off on any calendar that supports ICS subscriptions.

Can I block off my availability based on my Google Calendar?

Sure! You can pull in all events from your primary calendar and it will block off availability.

When you block off availability based on your Google Calendar it will prevent all bookings for your account.

Can I pull in other calendars in my Google Account?

Yes! You can connect any one (1) calendar from your Google account. When you sign into your Google account, click the down arrow under 'Calendar to sync from' and select which calendar you'd like to sync with.

Can I add events in Check Cherry to my Google Calendar?

Yes. Simply select Send bookings to Google option and save.


Apple Calendar (iPhone & Mac), Microsoft Outlook, and Other Calendar Programs

You can connect your Check Cherry calendar to other calendars as well. The right hand side of the Subscribe to Calendar screen is for ical calendar subscriptions such as Apple and Outlook calendars. Select which items you'd like to have sync to your calendar and copy the URL from step 2, then follow the instructions in Step 3 for the type of calendar you use.

If you are making changes to an existing ICS subscription (removing leads, for example) , the new changes will not affect any items currently on your synced calendar.


Staff calendar syncing

Each staff person has their own unique dashboard and can subscribe to their own personal calendar.

To begin with, the staff person will need to log in to their personal Check Cherry account. From their staff dashboard, click the Subscribe to Calendar link:

From the next screen, choose what to sync and which calendar type to sync to.
