After a booking is confirmed, you can get more information about a booking by using questionnaires.
To create a questionnaire, go to Manage --> Questionnaire Templates and click on Create Questionnaire Template.
Click on New Field and select a field type from the dropdown.
Continue adding fields for the information you need. You can also add more tabs to your questionnaire.
In the right sidebar, you can assign the questionnaire to specific packages, add-ons or mini sessions.
You can set up automated email to remind clients to fill out their questionnaires. When your client logs in, they will be able to see the questionnaires available to them.

What else can I do on a questionnaire?
You can make fillable fields repeat
You can make fillable fields required
You can make fillable fields conditional (see below for a full explanation)
Enable a timeline (allow the client to set a length of time for that line item)
How do conditional fields work?
Conditional fields are only shown if certain conditions are met. The conditional field will only show when the criteria you chose are met. Conditions you can choose include:
Selected package matches (package or add on you select)
Selected field (choose one of the fields you've already created in this questionnaire) <value you enter that the selected field qualifies against>
Equals
Does not equal
Contains
Does not contain
Is empty
Is not empty
Tip: All criteria in a conditional field must have a value in order for the conditional question to work. Ex: Event Overview (question earlier in the questionnaire) Contains 50th. This question will only appear if the earlier question titled Event Overview contains the text "50th"
