How do I get more information from clients?

If you need more than just name & contact info, use Extra Questions to collect that info during booking or after the booking is confirmed.

Extra questions you can use in a booking

There are quite a few extra questions that you can use either during online booking or for lead forms and internal use. Go to Manage --> Booking Engine --> Extra Questions to enable a question. You can use one of the included extra questions, or create your own. The included questions include:

  • Customer Address

  • Business Name

  • Event Type

  • Estimated Guest Count

  • Lead Source

  • Setup At (Date & Time)

  • Dropoff At (Date & Time)

  • Stair Setup

  • PO Number

  • Setup (Location)

  • Pickup At (Location)

  • Contact Preferences

  • Estimated Budget

  • Custom (Create your own)


Question Settings

Each question has settings that need to be set in order for the question to work properly.

  • When do you want to ask this question?

    • Collect during online booking and proposals

    • Only for lead forms or internal use

  • Packages - which packages should this question be asked for?

Each question will have an automated message token; use this token in your automated messages to insert the value that the client types in for the question.
