Admins have the option of creating multiple customized dashboards. Once you have a booking in your account, the "Customize Dashboard" option will become available in the upper right of your dashboard.
To start customizing your dashboard, simply click Add a new block. You will need to select a size for your new dashboard block; the options are:
1 column (full width)
2 columns (large 2/3 width column on the left and a single 1/3 width column on the right)
2 columns (single 1/3 width column on the left and a large 2/3 width column on the left)
3 columns (3 equal sized columns spanning the width of the dashboard)
Within each column, select the Add Item button to select widgets for that column. Check Cherry offers wide array of widgets in a selection of various categories:
Charts & Graphs (Revenue snapshot, Revenue Growth, Lead Comparison, Proposal Comparison)
Scheduling (Large calendar, Activity for date, Staff for date)
Leads, Proposals and Bookings (Upcoming bookings, Recently booked, Recent leads, Recently expired proposals, Open proposals, Proposals expiring soon, Previously completed bookings)
Organization Checklists, Lead counts, Bookings awaiting action, Proposal count)
Payments (Recent payments, Recent payouts, Past due payments)
Messaging (Messages awaiting review, Recent messages)
Tools & Resources (Quick Actions bar and the Getting Started checklist)
When you are finished creating your dashboard, click the Finish Editing box in the upper right corner.
To switch dashboards, simply click the All Dashboards button in the upper right.
