What to Do If You Get Suspended?

If you didn’t break the rules but your account was suspended or your fees increased — don’t worry. Your funds are safe and will be available after your account is unsuspended 💰

What to Do:

  1. Contact support and provide your account ID or email

  2. Wait for the review:

    • If no violations are found — access will be restored

    • If violations are confirmed — you can reapply in 60 days

How to find your ID? 🤔

Your Cheelee ID is your unique profile number. Support needs it to quickly find your account. How to find it:

  1. Go to your profile

  2. Tap Share (top right)

  3. Copy the profile link and send it to support
