Why was my account suspended?

Basic Rules

In Cheelee, it is important for each user to have a personal account on their device. Violation of this rule may lead to an account suspension.

🌶️ One Wallet — One Account

A wallet can only be linked to one account: this is how we protect the project from bot farms and ensure that profits are received by real users. Our anti-fraud system tracks multi-accounting. If several accounts are found to share a common wallet, this may raise questions with the security system and become a reason for an account suspension.

🌶️ One Device — Several Accounts

If multiple accounts are detected on a single device, it may also raise security concerns and lead to an account suspension. The user will be unable to earn or transfer tokens.

🌶️ Active Profile

The system may flag a profile as suspicious if it’s incomplete or lacks activity — for instance, if the user doesn’t follow others or doesn’t like videos they enjoy.

🌶️ Natural Behavior

The anti-fraud system might flag some behavior as suspicious. For example, an account suspension may be triggered by frequent changes in geolocation, automated logins to the app, or the use of third-party programs.

The anti-fraud system detects and blocks users who create fake profiles, use bots, team up to game the system, or spread false information for personal gain. It also keeps things fair when it comes to refunds and our referral program.

Anti-Fraud 🔍

Anti-fraud is a special system for detecting wrongful actions aimed at deceiving the application. It detects violators automatically, therefore:

  • Follow the platform rules and the terms of the User Agreement.

  • Do not use auto-viewing emulators for the feed, such as swipers, likers, clickers, etc. This may raise questions with the security system and lead to an account suspension.

What to Do If You Get Suspended?

If you didn’t violate the rules but faced an account suspension or noticed a sharp increase in the commission, don’t worry — your money is safe. It remains in your internal wallet, and you’ll be able to withdraw it after the suspension is lifted 💰

  • If no violations are found, we’ll restore your account’s full functionality

  • If violations are found, we'll temporarily suspend your account. You’ll be able to request another review in 60 days
