Every photo shoot and client will be different, but you should always aim to provide a great experience for them! This could lead them to becoming a regular client of yours, or they may even refer you to their friends and family. (Not to mention they could leave you a good review, for other clients to see!)
To set yourself up for success, try to think of the photo shoot in three different parts: Before, During, and After.

In this article, we'll specifically go over best practices for Before the photo shoot!
Before the Photo Shoot (if photographing with a phone):
Introductions - Before booking, chat with the client in the Cheezoo app to see if you're a good fit! Try to understand their needs and expectations for the photo shoot.
Communicate - If the client decides to book you, make sure to discuss any specific poses they're looking for. Then create a shot list that you can refer to on the day of the photo shoot!
Help Them Prepare - To help create timeless and flattering photos, you may want to make suggestions of clothing to avoid. (Ex: loud/distracting fabric patterns, heavily branded clothing, neon colors, baggy fit, uncomfortable shoes.)
Connect - Try to connect with them and their interests! This will help build comfort and trust.
Set Yourself Up - Make sure your phone is charged and that you have plenty of space on your phone! Check out this article for additional tips as well!

Arrive Early - This not only helps you make a good impression with the client, but you'll have some time to become familiar with the location of the photo shoot.
