Once you have a campaign configured the way your brand likes it, save it as a template so colleagues can reuse the exact setup — rules, guardrails, reward mapping and all.
*Save as template lives in the campaign’s Actions menu, alongside Export campaign JSON.*
TO SAVE
1. Open the campaign you want to reuse.
2. Choose Save as template from its Actions menu.
3. Give it a clear name (for example "*Brand Name* Buy & Win — house recipe") so the team recognises it.
If Save as template is greyed out, your role does not include it — a workspace owner or campaign manager can do it for you. The tooltip names who can.
WHERE IT APPEARS
Saved templates show up alongside the standard library when anyone clicks New campaign, tagged with who created them and when. They carry your tuned defaults — tiered state allocation, strict fraud guards, the reward catalogue — so the next campaign starts from a known-good baseline rather than scratch.
Templates are workspace-wide. Editing a campaign created from a template never changes the template itself, and editing the template never reaches back into campaigns already made from it.
MOVING BETWEEN WORKSPACES
Templates stay inside their workspace. To carry a mechanic to a different workspace or environment, use Export campaign JSON from the same Actions menu and import the file on the other side — it arrives as a draft, with anything unresolvable flagged as a warning.
