Sign-up form fields

Configure the registration form — fields, required flags, consent and double opt-in.

The sign-up form registers consumers once so they can win on every later scan. You control exactly which fields appear and which are required.

CONFIGURING FIELDS

• Toggle each field on or off — full name, phone, state, email, age bracket and a consent checkbox.

• Mark fields as required with the Req toggle.

• Choose the field type (text, phone, email, state select, age bracket or consent) and rename the label.

• Add custom fields, and set the submit button label (for example "Join & get my first reward").

ASK FOR WHAT YOU WILL USE

Every field you add costs you completions, so add them for a reason. State populates the region attribute that campaign rules and region tiers depend on, and age bracket feeds the age distribution on the Audiences page. A field nobody segments on is friction with no return.

CONSENT IS THE ONE THAT MATTERS

Include a consent checkbox so registration doubles as opt-in to be contacted. This is not paperwork: the platform filters every message and broadcast down to consented consumers server-side, so an unconsented registrant is effectively unreachable no matter how well they match a segment.

That is why the Audiences page shows total consumers and reachable consumers as separate numbers, and why the gap between them is worth watching.

VERIFICATION

Enable double opt-in to confirm the phone number by OTP before the first reward is released. It keeps your audience clean and reachable, and stops rewards being sent to numbers that were mistyped.
