Overview
The Raw Materials Sharing feature enables customers to grant account managers access to their raw materials uploaded in the platform. As part of the customer profile, a customer can share with you their 'Raw Material' list - find it on the customer profile page.
Customer Control Over Sharing
Full Customer Control
A customer has full control over what they share with you. They have two pieces of information to share:
The Raw Materials they source
The range of volume they source each year (ie <1MT, 1-10MT, etc)
Default Visibility
By default, you can see the Raw Materials that they have marked as approved.
Working with Your Customer to Get Access
Requesting Access
You can work with your customer to grant you access to their raw materials. They may choose to give you access to some specific opportunities, or their whole list.
Viewing Shared Data
If they give you access to the product and volume, you can see that in your ChemCloud profile.
