ChemCloud AI makes it easy to get quick, reliable answers right inside your Teams workspace. Use this tool to search for approvals, safety data sheets, or any information related to your organization.
Step 1: Open the Teams app on your computer or device. If you are using a remote desktop, it might be easier to access the web version of teams (link here).
Step 2: Check your list of Teams and Channels for ChemCloud AI.
Step 3: If ChemCloud AI isn’t visible in your chats, scroll down and select Apps from the sidebar.
Step 4: Look for ChemCloud AI under “Added by your org” and click it
.
Step 5: Click Open. This starts a chat window with ChemCloud AI.
Step 6: Type your question in the chat window. For example, “How many approvals do I have for Citric Acid?”. You'll be prompted to sign in to ChemCloud. Enter your email address and password on the login screen and you will be authenticated.
Step 9: Continue chatting with ChemCloud AI. Ask follow-up questions anytime, such as
“Do we have an SDS for Slaves 70?”
The chat always stays available in your Teams interface.
