Integrate with Approval Max

Overview

This guide explains how to connect your ChemCloud account to ApprovalMax so you can manage approval workflows for purchase orders, bills, and expenses.

Before you begin

Make sure you have:

  • An active ChemCloud account with administrator access

  • An active ApprovalMax account with administrator access

  • Your ApprovalMax login credentials

Steps

  1. Navigate to Account Settings -> Integrations on ChemCloud — From the ChemCloud dashboard, click on Account Settings -> Integrations. Link here.

  2. Add a new integration — Select Add Integration.

  3. Select ApprovalMax — From the list of available integrations, choose ApprovalMax.

  4. Log in to ApprovalMax — You will be redirected to the ApprovalMax login page. Enter your ApprovalMax credentials to authenticate.

  5. Select your organisation — Once logged in, choose the organisation you want to integrate with. This should match your organisation name.

  6. Allow access — Click Allow Access to grant ChemCloud the necessary permissions to connect with your ApprovalMax account.

You have now successfully integrated ChemCloud with ApprovalMax. The integration will appear in your Integrations list.

Troubleshooting

Login fails: Verify that your ApprovalMax credentials are correct and that your account is active.

Organisation not listed: Ensure you have administrator permissions in ApprovalMax for the organisation you want to connect.

Integration not appearing: Refresh your ChemCloud dashboard. If the issue persists, try removing and re-adding the integration.

If you continue to experience issues, contact ChemCloud support.
