Why delivery tracking is important

Tracking the arrival of stock is essential for well-planned production. All orders in ChemCloud have live ETAs, milestone tracking and links through to live delivery tracking, so that you can plan production with confidence.

You can track a pair of shoes from China, but not an IBC from Sydney

Ordering raw materials to be delivered can be like a black box. You submit a purchase order, and then you never hear from the supplier until the stock turns up at site. Or, worst case, it doesn't turn up and you find that it is stuck on trans-shipment in Singapore!

All ChemCloud Orders have live tracking

We think it's important for you to know where your stock is - after all, you've ordered it!

Every delivery has it's own individual page where you can find out all the information you need about your delivery:

  • Status of your shipment from Order Placed, Confirmed, Shipped and Delivered; and you will receive an email each time this changes

  • Live ETD, ETA of each delivery is in the app, and you are alerted when this changes

  • Live tracking link (if available) to our freight partner's site, so you can see the most granular information

  • Messaging function to ask for updates
