How can I change my name or email address associated with my Chexy account?

Unfortunately, there is currently no way to change the name or email address on your Chexy account directly. However, if it is absolutely necessary, our support team can do it for you.

How to Request a Change

Send us a message with the following information:

  • Your current email address

  • The new email address you'd like to use

To verify your identity, we'll also need:

  1. Your date of birth

  2. Your first payment amount (if any)

  3. The last 4 digits of any card currently on file

⚠️ Important: Aeroplan Members

If you've already linked your Aeroplan account to your current Chexy account, please be aware that once your original account is deleted, you will not be able to link your Aeroplan account to a new Chexy account.
