Unfortunately, there isn't currently a way to change the name or email address on your Chexy account. If it is absolutely needed, you can send us a message with your current email and the email you would like to change it too and we can do so for you. Please note that we will need
Your date of birth
Your first payment (if any)
The last 4 digits on any one of your cards currently on file
Just a heads up, if you've already linked your Aeroplan account to your current Chexy account, you won't be able to link it to a new one after the original is deleted.
