When using Chexy's Credit Builder feature, rent payments are reported to Equifax based on the address associated with your account. If you move, here's what you need to know:
Before updating your address: Payments made before updating your rental details will be reported under your old address.
After updating your address: Once you update your address in Chexy, all future payments will be reported under your new address.
⚠️ Important: Once Credit Builder is removed from an address, it cannot be re-added for that same address. Make sure you only remove it when you are certain you no longer need it for that location.
