Duration of Your Referral Status
Your Referral Status lasts for the entire calendar year in which you earn it. Once January 1st rolls around, your status resets and you'll need to refer more friends to unlock a new status for the upcoming year.
Key Details
Calendar year: Your referral status is active from the moment you unlock it until December 31st.
Annual reset: Every January, your status resets and you'll need to work towards unlocking a new one.
Longer discounts: The earlier you reach a new referral status within the year, the longer you'll enjoy discounted processing fees.
Referral Status Tiers

How Status Extension Works
On December 31, 2026, we'll look at the total number of payments completed by your crew. If you meet the threshold for your current status, we'll extend your status for another calendar year, until December 31, 2027.

All payments must be completed between January 1, 2026, and December 31, 2026.
A completed payment means:
The e-Transfer was deposited
The PAD was withdrawn
The bill pay was sent
