Transaction History for Recurring Payments.
Go to the Home Page
Click on the recurring payment you want to review.
Find the Transaction History section
Click on a transaction to see more information, including:
Dates of payment
Amount sent to the payee
Payment status
Transaction History for Active One-time Payments (Home Screen)
For one-time payments in Draft, Sent, In Progress, or Failed status:
Go to the home page.
Open the “One-Time Payments” section.
Click on the transaction you need to review.
Transaction History for Completed, Refunded, or Cancelled One-time Payments (Activity Page)
For one-time payments that have been Completed, Refunded, or Cancelled:
Log in to your Chexy account.
Navigate to the Activity page.
Use the filters (e.g., "One-time payments", "Completed", "Refunded", "Cancelled") to find the specific transaction.
Click on the transaction to view more details.
You can download a receipt for any completed Chexy payment. Here’s how:
Log in to your Chexy account.
Navigate to the Activity page.
Use the filters to locate the completed payment you need a receipt for.
Click on the completed payment to view its details.
Click “View receipt” to open it.
Note:
Transactions are generally listed chronologically. While individual card charges for a single invoice are grouped together, payments to different payees are not grouped across your entire history.
If a one-time payment is in Draft status, that means it was started but not sent. Clicking a one-time payment in Draft status will let you resume sending that payment.
For one-time payments in Sent, In Progress, or Failed status on the Home screen, clicking them will open a window with more details about the transaction.
For one-time payments in Completed, Refunded, or Cancelled status on the Activity page, clicking them will open a window with more details about the transaction.
