Credit card payments
Personal loans
Lines of credit
Payees containing the word “Financial”
Why Are These Payments Not Supported?
Loan and credit product repayments are restricted under card network and compliance rules.
As a result:
These payments cannot be processed through Chexy
Attempts may fail or be blocked
These restrictions are not configurable.
What Should I Do Instead?
Loan and credit card repayments must be made directly through your financial institution or their official payment portal.
