When is Chexy Cash credited?
Your Chexy Cash is added to your account after your payment has been successfully completed. This includes when:
Your bill payment has been sent
Your e-Transfer has been deposited
Your PAD (Pre-Authorized Debit) has been withdrawn
Your EFT has been processed
How can I use Chexy Cash?
Chexy Cash can be applied toward future recurring payments through your Chexy account. To use it:
Go to your Chexy homepage
Navigate to your Wallet
Please note:
Chexy Cash cannot be withdrawn or transferred
It is only applicable to recurring payments and cannot be used for one-time payments
