You can pause your Credit Builder Subscription at any time, however, please keep in mind that once you cancel your Credit Builder subscription, you won’t ever be able to reactivate it for the same address.
This is a requirement from Equifax. Please be sure to consider this before canceling!
You can easily pause your Credit Builder subscription through your Chexy Dashboard by following these steps:
Head to Settings
Select Subscriptions
Then, choose to pause your Credit Builder subscription.
