Reporting Schedule: Rent payments are reported to Equifax on the 7th of each month, and we update it on the 10th.

Missed Payments and Manual Adjustments: The resolution period for missed payments is short. In some cases, you may miss a payment through Chexy but still pay your rent by other means. If this happens, please reach out to us with proof of payment, and we will manually adjust your Credit Builder records accordingly.
