Please note that you cannot use the Credit Builder feature if you have a roommate added to your Chexy household. This restriction is due to Equifax policy, which requires individual responsibility for rent payments to accurately report credit history.

If you have roommates listed on the lease but you are the only one using Chexy, you can take advantage of the Credit Builder feature.

However, if your roommates are also Chexy users, you won’t be able to access this feature.
